As we get older, we have to keep our body and system in the form remain  active.  Also to keep your body  in shape is very important for  all of us, even the younger people.

Sleep is very important for all of us, because we are aging. Aging brings on a different sleep patterns and we must learn how to it control, so that when it is time to sleep we sleep well. It being normal a good night's sleep, while we, that it is harder and aging feel rested when we wake up. Sleep is as important as our nutrition and activities.

Over weight is bad on  both mentally and physically. If you have, try to use your will power to lose weight. Your family doctor can be the best one to consult. Join  a local support group and stay away from people who are not giving support.
